TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

1.1 The Member must be at least 21 years of age or possess equivalent mental capacity as determined by the Order's council.

1.2 The Member must complete the initiation process including but not limited to: psychological evaluation, blood ritual, and knowledge assessment.

1.3 The Member must provide proof of financial solvency and pay all required initiation fees (see Schedule 9.3).

1.4 The Member must demonstrate unwavering commitment to the Order's principles through a probationary period lasting no less than 13 lunar cycles.

2.1 The Member shall attend all required gatherings, rituals, and meetings unless formally excused by the local chapter master.

2.2 The Member shall contribute to the Order's goals through assigned tasks, which may include but are not limited to: intelligence gathering, resource acquisition, and influence operations.

2.3 The Member shall maintain absolute secrecy regarding all Order activities, symbols, and fellow members, even under duress or threat of mortal danger.

2.4 The Member shall progress through the degrees of initiation by completing all required knowledge demonstrations and practical examinations.

3.1 The Member shall receive access to secret knowledge appropriate to their degree of initiation.

3.2 The Member shall enjoy the protection and resources of the Order's global network.

3.3 The Member may call upon fellow initiates for assistance in matters aligning with the Order's principles.

3.4 The Member shall receive guidance in personal and professional development to further both their growth and the Order's objectives.

4.1 The Member acknowledges that disclosure of Order secrets constitutes the highest treason and will result in immediate expulsion and possible retribution.

4.2 The Member agrees that all communications regarding Order business shall be conducted through secure channels using provided encryption methods.

4.3 The Member consents to regular surveillance and monitoring to ensure compliance with secrecy protocols.

4.4 The Member understands that the Order employs advanced memory modification techniques when necessary to protect sensitive information.

5.1 The Member shall pay all required dues and fees as determined by their degree and chapter location.

5.2 The Member may be called upon to contribute additional funds for special projects or emergency operations.

5.3 All financial transactions with the Order are confidential and non-refundable.

5.4 The Order reserves the right to audit the Member's financial records to ensure proper resource allocation.

6.1 Violations of these terms will be adjudicated by the Council of Thirteen, whose decisions are final.

6.2 Penalties may include but are not limited to: demotion in degree, financial penalties, memory alteration, or expulsion.

6.3 In cases of extreme violation, the Order reserves the right to employ ancient and unconventional methods of enforcement.

6.4 No legal action may be brought against the Order or its members for actions taken to preserve secrecy or enforce discipline.

7.1 Membership is for life and beyond, except in cases of expulsion.

7.2 The Order reserves the right to terminate membership at any time for any reason.

7.3 Upon termination, the Member will undergo memory modification procedures appropriate to their degree and knowledge level.

7.4 Even after termination, the Member remains bound by all secrecy obligations in perpetuity.

8.1 These terms are governed by the ancient laws of the Order, not any earthly legal system.

8.2 The Order reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.

8.3 By proceeding with initiation, the Member consents to psychic bonding and possible soul-marking.

8.4 These terms are binding upon the Member's heirs, successors, and all future incarnations.
